SU-76 - The SWAMP FIGHTER

Produced in large numbers by the Soviets the SU-76M was a triple threat capable of acting as a tank destroyer, close infantry support, or light artillery.

It’s crews hated the open top and lack of protection, but the infantry loved having its heavy gun wherever they went.

The halftime interview of this episode features Peter Samsonov of the Tank Archives promoting his new book: Hetzer vs SU-76M: Hungary 1945
